Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using any part of colorpages.app (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). This includes browsing our website, downloading free coloring pages, using our free trial generation, creating an account, or subscribing to our paid plans. If you don't agree to these Terms, please don't use our Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors and users of the Service, whether you have an account or not. We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll notify registered users by email and post updates on the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect.

colorpages.app is operated by Lofi Analytics Ltd. Co., a Wisconsin-based company. We provide a subscription-based service that generates custom coloring pages using artificial intelligence and offers a library of free static coloring pages.

Our Service includes:

• • AI-generated custom coloring pages based on your text prompts
• • A free library of pre-made coloring pages on various themes
• • Free trial generation for new users
• • Subscription plans with different usage levels and licensing rights

User Accounts and Authentication

Account Creation

To access certain features of our Service, you must create an account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If you're under 18, you may use the Service with a parent or guardian's supervision and consent.

We use email-based authentication with magic links. When you create an account, you provide:

Account Security and Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• • All activities that occur under your account
• • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

Account Termination and Access Restrictions

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to paid features will end, but you retain rights to previously generated content according to your licensing terms.

For violations that don't require an account (such as abuse of free trials, static page scraping, or automated attacks), we may restrict access by IP address or other technical means. We may also ban IP addresses to prevent circumvention of account-based restrictions.

Subscription Plans and Billing

Subscription Tiers

Billing and Payment

• • All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• • Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless cancelled
• • Credits reset monthly based on your billing cycle date
• • Failed payments may result in service suspension after automatic attempts to retry payment

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account page or Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Graceful Degradation Policy: After cancellation or expiration:

• • You retain access to your generation library with Basic-tier features
• • You keep any unused credits from your current billing cycle
• • Previously generated Pro content reverts to watermarked versions
• • Commercial use rights are suspended until resubscription to Pro
• • New generation creation is blocked after all remaining credits are used
• • Credits are not refreshed until you resubscribe

Refund Policy: We'll do our best to help you if you're having a genuine issue with our application and will credit or refund you appropriately based on the issue. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and may be prorated based on credits used during the billing period. Contact us at support@colorpages.app for support and refund requests.

Credit System and Refunds: Your credits reset to your plan's limit each billing cycle (credits do not accumulate or carry over from previous months). Unused credits are forfeited when your billing cycle renews. Refunds consider the portion of credits used versus unused during the billing period, including any credits used after cancellation but before refund processing. Unused credits are forfeited upon refund processing.

Chargebacks: Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company, please contact us directly to resolve any billing issues. Chargebacks may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all unused credits, and loss of access to all Service features and content. We reserve the right to dispute illegitimate chargebacks.

Content Rights and Licensing

Your Generated Content Rights

You receive usage rights to the coloring pages you create through our Service.
The scope of what you can do with them depends on your subscription tier:

Static Content Licensing

Our free coloring pages publicly available here may be used for:

• • Personal use: Always free for individuals and families
• • Educational use: Free for classroom and educational purposes

Free coloring pages are not covered by the commercial use license.
For commercial use: Create your own custom coloring pages with a Pro subscription to receive commercial licensing rights.

Content Guidelines and Restrictions

Our Service is designed to create coloring pages of any kind. That being said, we maintain content standards through a combination of automated systems and community guidelines to ensure a safe, positive experience for all users.

Our Intellectual Property

colorpages.app, our logo, website design, and underlying technology remain the property of Lofi Analytics Ltd. Co. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works of our Service without explicit permission.

Acceptable Use Policy

We want you to enjoy everything our Service has to offer. To ensure colorpages.app remains a positive and creative space, we ask that you use our Service responsibly and help us maintain a safe environment for everyone.

Limitation of Liability
